Neighbourhood Warden surgery
Your Neighbourhood Wardens for Oxmoor and surrounding area are
Lorraine Wallis & Nicky Findlay.
If you have anything you would like to discuss about your neighbourhood or any issues regarding your Luminus tenancy please come along to the Neighbourhood Warden surgery on Monday mornings at Moor Cafe, Maple Centre, between 11.30am and 1.30pm.
Neighbourhood Wardens play an important role in bringing reassurance to local people and provide a highly visible, friendly and helpful presence in the community. They identify any areas requiring attention and carry out daily estate audits. They also advise the appropriate services of any problems they see, making our neighbourhoods better places to live.
The team tackles urgent needs and is often the first point of contact for vulnerable people. The wardens seek to inspire a range of initiatives involving the local community, schools, retailers and businesses. These encourage a sense of ownership, a desire to improve the environment and a sense of feeling good about living here!
